We cancelled our Austar subscription earlier this year because we just weren't using it the only thing I used it for was to use the MyStar box to record stuff from the ABC, and I (eventually) realised that was a stupid reason to be paying for the service.I download a lot of TV shows for many of the same reasons as Moneypenny above no ads, I can get stuff that hasn't screened over here yet, I can watch it whenever I want and I can wait until I've got a whole season to start watching.

Yesterday I woke to water in the basement since the sump pump decided it had seen better days (well, it was 26 years old after all!)… so sorting and pitching wet stuff and changing out the sump pump for a newer model took priority. The same day as graduation is confirmation at church so I (in sore need ot some fabric fondling time) made a zippered cover for the new Bible I am giving to the young lady I am mentoring.
