| re: best song ever writtenMy greatest inspiration was my Father. Always on the go and never tired. Always took care of his family and never let us know if there ever was anything going on or things were bad in our family. I never did without even when there wasn’t anything, we never knew it. He was always busy and took care of everyone before himself right up till he couldn’t take care of himself anymore but made sure we fulfilled any of his prior obligations. I took care of him till he passed and it was probably some of the most extordinary wonderful times in my life to REALLY get to know my Father and loved listening to his stories growing up, his life on the farm, and when he was in the Navy.

| re: re: re: Resemblance to...Don’t be silly, Der-Shing! Anyone that has a problem with your update schedule seems to be pretty quiet about it here (Unless they’re flaming you in secret little one-on-one flame wars? I think you’d win, anyway.) The way I see it, it’s a pleasure to be able to see new pages – it doesn’t matter when they’re posted. Your health is far more important than when you update! It’s not like you’ve hit a wall and just stopped, you have a reason to not update.

| re: re: Key song is inWillie -”Peaceful Solutions” is the best idea for using the arts to end this war & occupation. Thnaks, Willie.I only hope some one collects and catalogs ALL the “protest songs” written and sung during these traumatic times. Pete Seeger, Woody & Arlo Guthrie, Peter, Paul & Mary, Bob Dylan, Richie Havens, Leonard Cohen, Phil Ochs, etal are classics which still resonate along with the Dixie Chicks, Melissa Ethridge, the “I’M takin’ my Coiuntry Back” singer (whoae name I can’t recall at the moment).
