I've really been isrpined by following you to start something like this in my own life. Forgive me if you've shared before, but I'd love to see some pictures of what this looks like in practice, ie do you use a notebook, document on your desktop, etc? Are there any elements of the physicality of doing this that come in to play, do you always carry your notebook with you stuff like that.
