Having a whole book in front of you is one thing — but having a good book produced and made available on a faithful schedule is something really special. Let us take a second to disect the video…The video starts with car getting t-boned, but then you get some flashbacks of all these emtion filled moments (you know, moments that make you feel… alive…), and then it goes back to his car getting rocked by the bus again and he gets up and walks away. Then it’s like he has a new lease on life, and is thankful to be alive.That’s what I get from it.

However, the above quote from Steve Turner's book is a recollection from British dj Jimmy Savile who claims to have been present the day Paul was inspired to write "Paperback Writer." Since he's giving an eyewitness account, either Savile's recollections were mistaken or John and Paul had a discussion in Saville's presence related to John giving Paul the responsibility to write the next hit. When Paul came into the studio shortly afterward proclaiming, "Gather 'round lads, and listen to our next single," this could easily have been the results of the earlier decision that Paul would write the next hit.
